Terms of Service

By using this site or installing and playing Foot IQ you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not use them.

The games. Nine puzzles — Football Wordle, Guess the Footballer, Link, Goltexto, and the five eleven-slot lineups Clubs, Futbol11, America, World Cup 26 and Legends. Every puzzle is generated once a day and is identical for every player. Days roll over at midnight UTC.

Tries. Each game gives you a fixed number of attempts a day: six guesses on Football Wordle, ten yes/no questions and three guesses on Guess the Footballer, five attempts on Link. When they run out, that puzzle is done until the next reset.

Points and the leaderboard. Wins pay points. Signed-in players are ranked on a weekly leaderboard that resets every week, and the top three receive a bonus. Points have no cash value, cannot be bought with money, and cannot be transferred, sold or refunded. We may adjust the points, tries and bonus values at any time to keep the game balanced.

Fair play. Do not automate play, script the app, tamper with the client, or use our search or scoring endpoints outside the app. Do not set a display name that is abusive, impersonates someone else, or is otherwise offensive. We may reset a score, remove a name from the leaderboard, or close an account that does any of this.

Guest play. Guest progress lives on your device and is not backed up. Uninstalling, clearing app data, or switching devices loses it. That is not recoverable, and it is not a bug. Sign in if you want your points to follow you.

Player data. Player names, clubs, nationalities and statistics are factual sporting records used to build the puzzles. Club and competition names and logos belong to their respective owners. Foot IQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, UEFA, any league, club or player.

Availability. The puzzles are served from our servers, so the app needs a connection and can be unavailable during maintenance or an outage. We provide the site and the app as they are, without warranty, and we may change or discontinue either at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
